Clear App Cache on your Device

You should also try to clear the cache of your Samsung SmartThings app. You don’t have to worry because the process won’t remove your TV or delete any existing settings on the app. Instead, it will just delete the temporary files that may cause the error codes to show up. Connect Mobile Device and TV to the Same Network
